GapSwitch 409 - SludgeSwitch
The ECHO GapSwitch 400 Series is a range of ultrasonic gap level switches for monitoring and controlling liquid level. Ultrasonic sound waves travel from the transmitter to the receiver through the gap. Air dissipates the sound energy. Thus, liquid is required for the sound energy to traverse the gap and activate the relay (liquid fills the gap and activates the relay). All versions are solid state resulting in years of maintenance-free operation.

The Bullet - Ultrasonic Level Measurement
The Bullet provides non-contacting ultrasonic level measurement with the latest digital echo processing for superb performance. It is an all-in-one Loop-powered (2-wire) ultrasonic transmitter with 4 buttons for easy programming. It comes standard with a 2" NPT threaded PVDF housing for simple mounting requirements. Accuracy is +/- 0.2% of range. Two models are available for 7 or 10 meter ranges.

It has 5 modes of operation: level, distance, OCM flow, volume and pump control. It comes in 2 models, 3m (10 ft) and 10m (33 ft) ranges with 2 SPDT relays, 2 Modbus RTU RS-485 terminals and 1 4-20mA output.

The Level Hunter II provides non-contacting ultrasonic level measurement and alarm control with the latest ECHO LOGIC algorithms and advanced microprocessor technology with DSP Processing. It can accurately measure level and volume (pre-configured tank shapes) and perform alarm and fixed pump control for up to 4 pumps. Oyster 700 Series - Submersible Pressure Transducer
The Oyster 700 Series provide accurate and reliable level measurement with the latest miniature microprocessor technology built right in the submersible pressure transducer. The transmitter contains a piezo-resistive sensor that outputs a signal proportional to the hydrostatic pressure on the diaphragm. This signal is compared to the atmospheric pressure via the vent tube and compensated to the water temperature for years of maintenance-free operation (no periodic calibrations needed).

VibraSwitch 200 Series - Vibrating Level Switch
The ECHO VibraSwitch 200 Series for solids uses a piezoelectric crystal that vibrates at a known frequency. When the material comes in contact, the oscillation changes and forces a relay to activate. As the material lowers, the normal oscillation resumes and the relay goes back to normal state. The Single Blade (Stocktrol) and Dual Blade versions resist material build-up resulting in maintenance-free operation.
RotoSwitch 300 Series - Rotary Paddle Level Switch
The ECHO RotoSwitch 300 Series is a range of rotating paddle level switches for monitoring and controlling bulk solids level. A synchronous motor rotates the paddle utlizing a magnetic drive. As the material rises the paddle rotation is impeded from moving and the increased motor torque activates the relay switch and stops the motor. A spring mechanism reactivates the motor and returns the switch to normal state.

The ECHO CapSwitch 500 is a reliable capacitance level switch with no moving parts. The state of the art sensing technology is Impulse RF Admittance measurement with an active guard. This provides excellent level detection while being insensitive to material buildup. It can be used for liquids, slurries, powders and bulk solid materials.
Flow Switch - Nonintrusive Liquid Flow/ No Flow Switch
The ECHO FlowSwitch is a simple, reliable Doppler flow switch and liquid velocity meter. It is an encapsulated self-contained clamp-on flow sensor for dirty water and wastewater flow conditions. It is low cost and pre-calibrated from the factory 0-20 ft/s (6.096 m/s) equals 0-5 VDC proportionally (higher velocities available as an option). It can be custom ordered to any velocity range or provide a TTL Pulse output up to 5000 Hz with a K factor supplied on the calibration sheet.
